It should be recognised that translations of the original contract can, even when the translation was done with the greatest care, result in different interpretations/meanings.
Therefore, it is advised to use the original English version. Translations can, however, be used for marketing, better understanding and internal education.
In all dual-language versions, the prevailing language for interpretation shall be English.
